Joy Photography provides portrait sessions and images to "Bring Joy" Clients at no cost who have been referred as being in need by a counselor, teacher, pastor, or other qualified adult non-family member.  Referrals must be made in-person or via a phone conversation with Jennifer Kearney.  Names and identities of Bring Joy Clients will be kept confidential, and the service and images they are provided will be the same in nature and quality as received by pay-for-service clients.

The final determination whether a client is eligible for Bring Joy Client no-cost photography services will be made by Jennifer Kearney.
